Hi, I’m Alexious Milord, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI) at Invictus Counseling. I have been in the mental wellness field since 2018. My background includes working with children to adults in large agencies as well as private practice. I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, racing thoughts, panic attacks, overbearing fears, and/or trauma. If you’re struggling with OCD, PTSD, or panic attacks, I want you to know you're not alone, and it can get better.
I became a therapist because I’ve always felt a deep sense of empathy and purpose in helping others. Watching someone move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to making empowered decisions is one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.
