Hi I'm Alexis, I work with adults navigating repetitive thoughts, intense worries, perfectionism, low mood, or challenges in relationships and self-understanding. I help people uncover patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, often tracing longstanding relational and developmental influences, and support them in building practical strategies to create greater balance, confidence, and a more fulfilling life. My approach is collaborative, reflective, and relational, blending evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) with sensitivity to individual experiences, values, and goals. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where people can explore challenges safely, grow with insight, and take meaningful steps toward change at their own pace. I hold an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, completed advanced clinical training at Weill Cornell, and received a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University.
