I approach therapy as a collaborative experience, meeting people where they're at-non-judgmentally-and forming genuine relationships that cultivate wholeness. We all experience transitions and life changes that challenge us. I help people understand these experiences so they can live more authentic and effective lives. Using integrated skills and insight-building therapies, we'll weave together self-awareness, acceptance, and behavioral modification to work toward your goals and build the life you desire. I'm a real person who believes positive change takes work and intention.
As a social worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Minnesota, I strive to bring awareness to the link between mental health, wellness, and social justice by challenging beliefs rooted in systemic oppression. I work from a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and relational perspective, believing it's never too early or too late to fortify the soul.
I am a strong believer in holistic health that incorporates mind, body, and spirit. I often test these limits myself by participating in ultra-endurance events.
