As a therapist, my work stems from a sex-positive, sexuality-affirming, feminist perspective and is rooted in social justice. I believe that all individuals and couples should be provided the comfortable space to explore their past experiences, traumas, sexuality, and day to day stressors. My experience is in working with adults, children, and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and are coping with past or recent life-transitions.
I offer a safe and comfortable space for an individual or couple to explore their thoughts and feelings. My session space becomes yours and I encourage you to be your true self without fear of judgment or criticism.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable and excited for therapy. I want you to feel pride in your ongoing growth as an individual or couple and to utilize our strong therapeutic relationship to express your true and authentic self.
