She not only listens and helps me understand what I’m feeling and find solutions for those feelings, but I personally find it very helpful that she’s so intelligent and can explain the scientific/psychological reasons for things. It validates my emotions and lets me know that it’s not just “crazy” or “sad” or “angry” but that there are real reasons for my emotions and responses to other’s emotions.

I graduated from the University of Louisville with my Bachelor's in Psychology in 2009 and my Master's in Social Work in 2014. With over 18 years of experience in social services, I look forward to putting that knowledge into practice for you.
