The foundation of my practice is an empathic, supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques and frameworks in order to meet your individual needs including but not limited to psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), attachment-based, relational and mindfulness based therapies.
In addition to working with individual adults treating a wide range of issues (relationship issues, anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, life transitions) I also work with couples and families. I am available for free phone consultations to address any issues or questions you would like to discuss.
***Currently accepting new patients, evening hours available in both Manhattan and Westchester locations
***I also offer Skype based therapy and am currently taking new patients for this format, evening hours available. Please contact directly for more information.

I left my visit feeling empowered about the changes I am making in my life. Allison provided a safe, judgement free zone, where we explored establishing healthy boundaries with people in my life. I am truly grateful for the session because I am confident Allison has the right tools to help me explore sensitive areas in my life. I highly recommend Allison if you want a warm environment that provides healing and clarity.
