Allison is particularly passionate about working with individuals navigating gender identity questions, eating disorders, and sleep disorders, using a range of interventions tailored to each person's needs. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, among others. Allison also works closely with families and children facing behavioral issues, school avoidance, or challenges related to developmental disabilities and the foster care system. She has extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients, individuals on the autism spectrum, and military families, creating a welcoming space for people from all backgrounds. In addition to individual therapy, she offers family and group therapy, with a focus on strengthening relationships and supporting long-term change. Outside of her clinical work, Allison enjoys spending time in nature, hiking Oregon's scenic trails, practicing yoga, exploring new art and cuisine, and connecting with her family.
