I am a licensed therapist with Meru Health. In just 12 weeks, the duration of our program, you will build skills to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and better manage uncomfortable emotions. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social Work, where I also taught as an Adjunct Professor. With over 20 years of experience, I emphasize my rapport-building skills to create a successful therapeutic relationship. As I support you on your journey, be assured that I am here to listen, connect, and provide you with the healthiest support to help you reach your goals and highest potential. Although I love living and working in the mountains of Colorado, I am originally from Maryland and have deep roots in the Chesapeake Bay region.
