In my therapy room, I offer a safe, comforting, and genuine space for us to work from. My priority as a therapist is to emphasize your existing strengths to encourage resilience and self-respect while working with you to grow in areas that feel less developed. I approach therapy with warmth and honesty and prioritize a collaborative relationship. This means that I will participate in conversations, offer feedback, present new ideas, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs. While I love working with all clients, regardless of how they identify or what symptoms they present, I specialize in working with female-identifying clients who are struggling with self-worth, life transitions, relationships, family issues, grief, and trauma. While I might use guiding principles in my work with all of my clients, I tailor my approach to each client to fit their unique needs. I am collaborative both in my relationship with you as the client and with other treatment professionals such as psychiatrists and other mental healthcare providers when appropriate and consented to.

While I love working with all clients, regardless of how they identify or what symptoms they present, I specialize in working with female-identifying clients who are struggling with self-worth, life transitions, relationships, family issues, grief, and trauma.I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy. This means that we will work together to address multiple areas of your life (relational, emotional, mental, and physical) to reduce your symptoms and promote new ways of coping.
