I use a dynamic, scientific approach to therapy to quickly move you toward your goals and to help you feel better fast. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I have a big heart and an open mind. I welcome you to come join me and learn new ways to solve your old problems.
I'm trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and other techniques to help you learn to identify, understand and manage difficult emotions like anxiety, depression, panic attacks and OCD. I also offer couples and relationship counseling. And I can help with career issues -- including problems with managers and co-workers, job searches and resume writing.
