Getting to know Michelle Sobel

The journey in life can have difficult moments, and sometimes we need extra support and guidance. As a Licensed Master of Social Work with a Master's degree from Kennesaw State University and a former health and wellness coach, I provide support to reduce symptoms associated with trauma, depression, and anxiety. The tools I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, socializing with family and friends, and trying all different kinds of cuisine.
