I found PT very helpful. Within days, I could already feel my back and pelvic muscles working and strengthening themselves. Friendly and knowledgeable, I highly recommend giving PT a try. Rather than just naming exercises that can be done, they are well explained and demonstrated multiple times so I felt more comfortable and confident to practice at home independently.

I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in musculoskeletal and neuromuscular disorders. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Indianapolis and hold a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University. This small private practice is designed to be the much-needed change in the healthcare system. I believe in ethical, affordable, sustainable healthcare for all. My visits are outside of insurance, so there are no hassles with coverage and no paperwork battles for reimbursement.
Does paying out of pocket sound expensive? Not to worry. Because I don’t spend long hours working with insurance, I can offer sessions at a flat rate of $35 per 30 minutes, with no additional fees. Since I do not bill insurance, you are in control of your care and can choose as many or as few visits as you need, as well as the duration of those visits.
I am experienced in treating conditions ranging from headaches to foot mechanics. If for any reason I am unable to work with your specific problem, you will not be billed for your evaluation. I welcome children with parents present. Ladies, I specialize in pelvic floor therapy and work specifically with pregnancy and postpartum care. If you have general women’s health, pelvic floor, core, pre-conception, pregnancy, or postpartum recovery needs, I am here to help.
Upon booking an appointment, you will receive an email with links to complete your intake paperwork and contact information in case you have any questions. On the intake forms, I will ask for a detailed history so I can fully understand your condition and needs. You may provide as much or as little information as you wish. I look forward to meeting you and beginning your treatment!
