Hi, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) located in Naples, FL. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. My goal is facilitating the growth of my clients through self-awareness, empowerment, and strength-based techniques. I am an empathetic and experienced therapist who provides a safe and nurturing environment where you can heal and grow on your journey.
I specialize in ADHD, behavioral issues, teen issues, PTSD/trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, first responders, community trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and self-esteem issues. I use many modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and look forward to speaking with anyone ready to begin the process of therapy.
