I work with individuals, couples, and small groups facing challenges like communication issues, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. I help clients address barriers to healthy relationships with themselves and others, including within polycules, couples, friends, families, and roommates. Using a holistic approach, I tailor strategies to each client's needs, from relational work to coping skill building. Therapy can help you understand yourself, your goals, and how to achieve them.
In our work together, I maintain a warm and compassionate space in which you can feel valued, heard, and seen. I welcome your authentic self, and in turn I will show up with mine! Outside of sessions, I am often reading, drinking lattes, going for walks, and spending time with my loved ones, including my two cats.
