What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in supporting women, nonbinary, and cycle-bearing individuals with ADHD, PMDD, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. My approach blends CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and parts work (IFS) to help clients build confidence, regulate emotions, and break unhelpful cycles. I also love working with LGBTQIA+ clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Therapy can be a place to feel understood, supported, and lighter. With the right help, it’s possible to move from overwhelm and self-doubt to feeling grounded and confident. If this resonates, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Telehealth only, with early morning openings (7am/8am). Insurance accepted.
