I want to personally congratulate you on taking this important step in considering mental health therapy for whatever your needs may be. Ordinarily; we do not arrive at this point during times when things are going well. It is the times we are in pain; confused; scared; or anxious that brings us to seeking out mental health care. I have worked with a variety of mental health issues. I am certified in treating eating disorders and body image issues.
