I am a licensed psychologist who earned my doctorate in psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I am passionate about my work and utilize a culturally sensitive, integrative approach to create treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space while fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy, including any past experiences you may have had. This will be a relaxed and supportive conversation—there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. We’ll also discuss how therapy works, what you can expect moving forward, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful to you. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and at ease as we begin this journey together, at your own pace.
