I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon with over 15 years of experience. I utilize traditional therapy methods as well as treat trauma related issues as a certified EMDR therapist. I also use Mindfulness-Based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I believe we all experience mental and emotional challenges that at times can feel overwhelming without appropriate safety, security, and support. As your therapist my goal is to work with you to understand your unique story, and help you learn how to navigate, grow, manage, or overcome whatever obstacles that are in your way. Clients experience me as sensitive, attuned, understanding, and insightful. My approach is active and candid in that I offer clients concrete resources and tools through person-centered, client-driven therapy. When I am not working, I am exploring the great outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
