I also graduated from Pacific Lutheran University '20 with a BSW and Pierce College '18 with an AA. I currently hold a LCSWIA. When a disturbing event occurs, whether that is childhood trauma or present day trauma, it can negatively impact your life. It can alter the way you view the world and even prevent you from progressing in life. Trauma in many ways can inform the decisions that you make throughout your life. Sometimes that can mean that you are emotionally lonely and/or having a difficult time connecting to your partner or children, or perhaps you are feeling triggered. Our work, will include developing a treatment plan to help you progress through that trauma.
