Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California with over two decades of experience helping individuals struggling with mental health issues achieve balance and harmony in their lives. As a mindfulness-based ecotherapist, I use nature as a healing modality to help my clients. Currently practicing online, in person at my office, and outside using walk and talk therapy.
