Hi thank you for stopping by! I am a fat friendly therapist who works with individuals that are at least 18 years old; however most of my clients who I see are in their mid-20s to early 80s. My ideal client would be one who enjoys thinking outside of the basic therapy module and explore all types of interventions to help whatever they may be going through. I look at therapy as a long road trip. If you miss your exit while on the road trip, I teach you how to take the next exit, examine what happened and execute a new route to get you to the destination you are headed for.
I specialize in working with all individuals who are part of the adoption triad. If you know what that is, then you are in the right place. If you struggle with alcohol or drug abuse then I will help you determine if you want to stop completely or get to a moderated use in addition determine what type of treatment would be best for you.
If you feel like we would have a connection, contact me and we can figure things out together. Remember, you are the driver in this new journey and I ride in the front passenger seat to make sure we don't drive off the road.
