Andre'a is a great therapist--one of the best I've ever had. She always leaves me feeling empowered about some of the difficult life choices I'm making in this season, while also helping me to find solutions to my problems that feel authentic to who I am. I always find myself taking notes during our sessions because she says so many deep, profound things that help me to process and make sense of the world and navigate life in a more healthy way.

Let's be clear: life throws so much at us, sometimes all at once. A great deal of my work has been dedicated to assisting individuals in dealing with the challenges of life in a way that helps them grow and heal.
