Getting to know Kendra Hart

Thank you for stopping by my profile! I offer a wide variety of services for those who suffer from mental health symptoms, with a focus on addictions and trauma. I am trained in EMDR and can offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Sometimes life can get the best of us, and we all could use a little help. Maybe that's why you are here? Do you want help to rise above your depression, tame your symptoms of anxiety, not be controlled by your panic attacks or other symptoms of trauma, or maybe it's time to get help for your substance use? Have you recently lost someone you care about and are grieving? I am here to help. Whether it is behaviors or moods that are taking over your life, I am here to help you learn coping skills and take back your life. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. Please reach out to start your journey of healing today!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect to feel safe. I take pride in offering non-judgemental care. In each session we will work together on reaching your goals. This can happen through traditional talk therapy, EMDR, goal setting, exploring how we are affected by our past, homework, and learning coping skills. I am an interactive therapist that will meet you where your at to create a plan specifically tailored to meet your needs.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
