Is it wrong to laugh a little in therapy? Do you feel like you've been struggling lately? Do you need a therapist who doesn't just sit and "listen?" I have 20 years experience working to support my clients who are experiencing difficulty managing emotions and maintaining healthy relationships. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I offer my clients my best self and pride myself in staying to true to my advice. If you have felt unsuccessful in the past with counseling, allow me to provide you with a more meaningful approach! You may be surprised at the difference.
I treat all types of disorders including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Behavior and Conduct. Anger Management counseling also available. Try my "no nonsense" Couples Counseling program based in Gottman evidence based treatment methods (not Insurance based). I'm a LGBTQ+ and culturally sensitive therapist as well as Level 1 and 2 certified Gottman therapist.
I do not offer in-person sessions. I have flexible hours. All services are HIPPA compliant tele-health or phone sessions. Want to see how my clients like me?
