Psychotherapist

I offer in-person sessions in Westchase, FL. If you're neurodivergent—or you're supporting a pre-teen or teen—and feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or misunderstood, you're not alone. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence, offering practical, affirming support tailored to how you think, process, and function. Whether you're navigating executive functioning challenges, sensory sensitivities, social fatigue, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, or building independence, therapy is a space where you don't have to mask or explain yourself. Together, we'll identify patterns, create strategies that fit your life, strengthen self-advocacy, and build confidence. I also support individuals living with chronic and complex health conditions, including POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and Chiari malformation. I understand how medical, neurological, and sensory differences often overlap and affect daily life. Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and grounded. My approach is collaborative, practical, and adaptable to your needs. Sessions may include structure, flexibility, visual supports, direct communication, or space to slow down and regulate—whatever best supports your energy, attention, and processing style. Some days we'll focus on goals and skill-building; other days, therapy is simply a place to decompress without pressure. I hold a graduate degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and have completed PEERS® training, an evidence-based program for social skills and relationship development. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You just need a place to begin.
