If you are neurodivergent, or supporting a teen or pre-teen, and feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or misunderstood, you are not alone. You may be navigating a world that was not designed with your brain, sensory needs, or energy in mind. I work with neurodivergent teens and adults, including those with ADHD and autism, who want support that is practical, respectful, and tailored to how they actually function. Whether you are managing executive functioning challenges, sensory sensitivities, social fatigue, burnout, or life transitions, therapy can be a space where you do not have to mask or explain yourself. Many of my clients come in feeling exhausted from trying to keep up, unsure why things feel harder than they “should,” or frustrated by strategies that have not worked. Together, we focus on understanding your unique patterns, building systems that fit your life, and developing self-advocacy, confidence, and independence. I hold a graduate degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and have completed PEERS® training, an evidence-based approach to social skills and relationship development. My experience also includes working with individuals navigating chronic and complex health conditions such as POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, and Chiari malformation. I understand how medical, sensory, and neurological differences can intersect and impact daily life in ways that are often invisible to others.
