Dr. Andy Chen is the co-founder of Moment Physical Therapy and Performance, founder of Moment Education where he is actively mentoring over 100+ physical therapists, and Any Moment App which delivers monthly performance programs worldwide.
Our team runs our physical therapy practice out of a two-floor performance training facility in the heart of Soho.
Andy has worked with everyone from weekend warriors to Olympic and professional level athletes. A big part of his thought process is that rehab needs to be active especially if you have active goals.
His background as a competitive powerlifter, kettlebell instructor, strength and conditioning coach, and his experience working with industry leaders in the health and performance space allows him to help people go from debilitating pain back to high performance.
