I was first introduced to physical therapy when I injured my knee in 7th grade running cross-country and participated in PT to rehab my injury. Once in high school, I spent a day job shadowing an OT at a combined PT/OT outpatient orthopaedic office and really enjoyed the experience. From that point on, when applying to colleges I looked for schools that had PT and OT programs. Once at BU, I decided at the end of my freshman year to pursue PT.
