“My doctor Tzvetan Tzvetanov was absolutely perfect . I feel like home at the place. I am foreign and that was my first examination in the USA. My insurance fully covered. He didn’t in a rush . He is obviously love his jobs and really want o help people. Also front desk personals were very helpful i didn’t remember nurse name but she was excellent too. They really asked my concerns and they wanted to be sure i fully understood the situation and what i have to do next. I found my doctor and place i am highly recommend that place.”

Mohammed Jaleel, MD, is a skilled internal medicine physician at Today’s Wellness and Primary Care in Wilmington, North Andover, and Stoneham, Massachusetts. A board-certified physician, Dr. Jaleel has over 20 years of experience in primary care. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Stanley Medical College in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Rochester, Highland Hospital. Dr. Jaleel is the founding partner of multiple medical practices in the Merrimack Valley area. His first venture was establishing New England Inpatient Services (NEIS), a hospitalist group serving many local community hospitals. He later founded New England Community Medical Services (NECMS), which serves subacute, long-term care, and assisted living facilities in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
In addition to his founding responsibilities, Dr. Jaleel serves as the medical director at many hospitals and skilled rehabilitation centers that NEIS and NECMS support. He has contributed to medical knowledge through multiple professional papers and research projects, including publications on cavitary lung disease, other pulmonary issues, and best practices for resident physician teaching rounds. Dr. Jaleel has earned a Fellowship in the Society of Hospitalist Medicine and has been instrumental in developing and implementing protocols such as end-of-life care and delirium tremens management.
He has also contributed to work groups focused on pneumonia and congestive heart failure/acute myocardial infarction (CHF/AMI). Dr. Jaleel looks forward to providing skilled, compassionate treatment to new and returning patients at Today’s Wellness and Primary Care.

I am not a fan of Doctor Offices, but the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They answered any questions I had. I didn't get the chance to see Dr. Jaleel, but the NP was very thorough and was able to consult with Dr. Jaleel. I felt very comfortable with the recommendations given by the NP, Katherine Chang.
