Anne Liddell, LCAT, ATR-BC, is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and Board Certified Art Therapist with a Master of Arts in Creative Arts Therapy from Hofstra University (2012). Throughout her journey as an art therapist, Anne has dedicated herself to assisting clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and stress. Her diverse experience includes working with preschool children, adolescents with developmental disabilities (including autism spectrum disorder), and older individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, psychiatric disorders, and physical illnesses. Anne's therapeutic approach is person-centered, integrating traditional talk therapy and creative expression to deepen self-understanding, improve communication, manage stress, and enhance self-esteem and confidence. She believes in the transformative power of art making to connect with the unconscious mind, offering a non-judgmental and safe space for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to create and explore, guided by their unique form of creativity for healing and growth.
