Hello, I'm Anthony. With over 6 years of experience in mental health services, I've had the privilege of working in diverse settings such as hospitals, the criminal justice system, private practice, universities, and non-profits. Currently, I balance my time between serving as the president of the High Plains Counselors' Association (HPCA), collaborating with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC), and maintaining my private practice.
At TTUHSC, I have the rewarding opportunity to support rural community schools by conducting psychological evaluations and working closely with the Psychiatry Department to help adolescents and their families access psychiatric care. In my clinical practice, I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments for both adults and adolescents. My focus areas include ADHD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Additionally, I offer workshops on Crisis Intervention, ADHD, and Depression in Men.
As the president of HPCA, I lead our association in acquiring valuable resources and fostering connections among mental health professionals. My goal is to support our members and enhance the quality of mental health services in our community.
