As a licensed mental health therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can explore their stories, heal from trauma, and reconnect with their strengths. My approach is rooted in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and a belief in each person’s ability to grow, even through life’s most difficult seasons.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of trauma. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and family systems therapy, I tailor my work to meet each client where they are—honoring their identity, values, and goals.
I bring a warm, collaborative presence to the therapy room and value building trust through authenticity and respect. I view therapy as a partnership—where we work together to uncover insight, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
With a deep commitment to equity and mental health access, I am especially passionate about serving BIPOC communities and those impacted by generational or systemic trauma. I believe in whole-person healing that integrates mind, body, and spirit—and that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in their journey.
