Hello! My name is Carol, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my Master's in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University. I have worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, state government, and private practice. My experience includes providing quality services for adults, children, couples, and families in a wide range of areas such as depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, relationships, communication, self-esteem, school and career challenges, anger management, stress management, parenting, and life transitions. I am passionate about mental health because I understand the importance of caring for yourself mentally to achieve balance in life.
