Although I believe the therapy session, I didn’t like the fact that there was no COVID-19 protocol in the office. My temperature was not check at the doctor, I was exercising shoulder to shoulder with another patient, and although all the employees had mask, other guest I. The office didn’t. I didn’t return for another therapy session, and it’s a shame because I started feeling better after that one session.

I've been seeing Dr. Mullokandov for the past two months and have seen significant improvement in my back pain. All the PTs are friendly and it was such a great decision to start with this doctor.

So far I have done more than 10 sessions of therapy and I have no complaints about anything. The staff is great and make you feel comfortable even from the first day. Arthur knows his patients all by name, which shows how much they care and the attention they offer their patients. The receptionist is friendly and warm at all times.
I highly recommend him especially since his office offers a variety of treatments from a chiropractor to a acupuncturist.

But it doesn’t seem right that a therapist should work with 3-4 patients at the same time.

Came to treat my sport injury and was very warmly received and taken care of. All doctors and staff were nice and helpful. They were able to give me enough attention even though there were a lot of people there. Every time I came I stayed for about hour and a half and I felt like after a good workout. Was personally asked about how I feel and if there is something new that I need to share about my condition almost every time I was there. Overall very good experience! Wanted to say thank you to Artur and everyone, who works there!

I went to my PCP and he told me to get some PT done on my shoulder. Tried to make appointments off my insurance but every placed I called would’ve of taking a week or more to see. I found Doctor Artur on Zocdoc and booked. When I came in I filled out a basic form and was seen right away by the doctor. He explained the treatment process and went right to work showing me ways to improve my injury by workouts and how to stretch. He’s really good and I recommend him fully!

Always good PT here... very friendly staff and Dr Mullokandov knows how to push you and move you forward with healing. I took a week or so to explore yoga and some back to gym activity instead of PT: It was very nice to receive a call To check in on me and to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment to return, which I did. In general - a stress free place to do PT and get better. Everyone there works well together and helps get the job done... no one really wants to have to do PT, but at least here it is a pleasant experience... and they have cookies and spring water :-)

Dr Mullokandov does a great job... I’ve had PT a few times before at other places and can say that his PT Practice is very well run... it’s very busy with a lot of patients doing their PT work and the way Dr M runs it’s, everyone is on task and looked after by him and the therapists. At times in other places, you’re left sitting too long with nothing to do while you wait for the Therapist to come back. He tailors the PT to meet individual needs but does push you to work harder so that one will heal faster. I’ve had 3 sessions already... have a ways to go... but have improved significantly with range of motion in knee. I had a good feeling about Total Care PT initially because of reviews and that they got back to me right away to confirm appointment when I booked it, which I really appreciated. PT is challenging but this is a great place for It!

Messed up my lower back after a series of unfortunate events while deadlifting. I couldn't even walk upright or stand straight when I got here but after my first and second treatment I'm noticing a huge improvement and feel like my recovery is progressing well. ???????????

I've previously been to numerous Kessler rehab locations, so I feel I have a good amount of physical therapy under my belt to compare my experience to - Dr. Mullokandov was not thorough and jumped into painful stretches/massages without taking a complete history of my previous injuries. Even after explaining that certain things he was doing hurt, he continued on and said that was normal. It was not.
My second visit consisted of getting a heating pack for 20 minutes, a 5 minute massage and a couple of stretches - all of which I could have done myself.
Above all, he had inappropriate bedside manner that made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and was the final straw to not come back to this office. I went back to Kessler, like I should have done in the first place.
If I can give you some advice: save yourself the time and energy and go to a reputable physical therapist.

I was working with Dr. Mullokandov and his staff just for two sessions so far and my shoulder pain (rotator cuff) and I already felt my pain subsided. His team are very knowledgeable & committed to your recovery and the prevention of future injuries. His staff ask a lot of questions and help access the target of the problem by movement patterns and flexibility. I'm looking forward to continue my rehab and strengthen potential issues.
The receptionist made it very easy for me to make my appointments and is very professional and friendly! The establishment is very clean and organized.
Highly recommended for fitness enthusiasts, athlete and non- athletes. Overall great service

My first visit was great. I was stuck in traffic and the waited for me ( I was the last appointment of the day), I was seen right away, and the doctor is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I felt comfortable right away and already rescheduled to go back. I highly recommend this place. The space is great, the staff are extremely friendly, and the location is convenient!

I highly recommend this facility. Rehab is as important as the surgery.
I suffered an ACL complete tear and Severe Grade 2 MCL in my left knee while snowboarding this past season.
I needed PT before and after my surgery. My goal is to return to my active lifestyle as soon as possible. I chose this facility because of the focus on sports rehab.
I am currently in my 5th week post-op, according to my Dr's feedback I am ahead of schedule for recovery. I am very happy with my experience here.
Artur and his staff are professional, courteous, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. I get time with the physical therapist as well as modified stretches and exercises based on my progress. They know all their clients by name.
Highly recommended. I am looking forward to returning to snowboarding this coming season.

Initially saw another doctor who recommended epidural injection for sciatica + also prescribed nerve related drugs. Dr Mullokandov thought this was not appropriate recommendation for treatment, after 3 physical therapy sessions at Dr Mullokandov's office the back pain was cured without the need for surgery or drugs. The issue has not reoccurred since.

Everyone in the office from the receptionist to the massage therapist to the actual doctor were very sweet, helpful & eager to find ways to "fix me". This was the first time ever visiting a physical therapist and it went very well. The staff made jokes, laughed & interacted with every patient, it made the overall ambience very harmoneous & pleasing. I look forward to being treated here which is very important!

I came to Dr Artur having knee pains and having trouble walking and doing normal activities. After my first visit, I immediately saw improvements. Dr Artur took extra care with me and now has isolated the surrounding areas of my knee to strengthen so that this does not happen again in the future. I highly recommend Dr Artur and encourage others with any pain to come see him.
