At Sena’s Wellness Care, I am committed to providing holistic support to adopted or fostering families, adults with personal relationship issues, parents whose children experience behavioral challenges, and teens navigating sexual identity concerns. My approach is designed to help you find your inner light and foster positive vibrations as we work together to address the complexities of your life.
During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan that guides you toward growth and healing. Are you feeling hopeless, depressed, or anxious? Struggling with trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, family issues, or mood regulation? These feelings and behaviors can be overwhelming, especially when they conflict with your duties as a parent, partner, or friend. But you have found an inclusive space where we will explore and unravel the roots of your situation together.
I utilize cognitive-behavioral and reality therapy techniques, as well as somatic therapy and grounding techniques, to support clients in cultivating healthier thought patterns and behaviors. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or trauma, our sessions will be a collaborative process where you are the expert on your life, and I bring my expertise to help find the relief and balance you seek.
