Hi, I’m Ashley - a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s toughest (and most meaningful) transitions. I specialize in working with high-achieving women in their late 30s and 40s - especially mothers who feel anxious, overstimulated, or quietly overwhelmed by the mental load of life.
Many of my clients are successful, capable, and strong. On the inside, they’re exhausted.
My style is warm, practical, and insight-oriented. I blend evidence-based strategies with deeper identity work so clients leave sessions with both tools and clarity.
For women who process best in motion, I also offer Walk & Talk therapy sessions.
