Getting to know Audrey Falzone

Ms. Audrey Falzone is a highly skilled psychotherapist who offers virtual care through the Empathetic Artisans Therapy Group. She earned her master's degree in social work from Dominican University. Ms. Falzone provides compassionate, collaborative care grounded in empathy and trust. Drawing from her experience with both youth and adults, she adapts her therapeutic techniques to fit each client's needs and goals. Her client-centered approach promotes mutual respect and emotional safety throughout the healing process. Ms. Falzone works to support individuals navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth in a way that feels individualized and empowering.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to create a safe, trauma-informed, and supportive environment where clients feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I believe that healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to offer a safe space where clients can engage in meaningful self-exploration. By combining evidence-based practices with warmth, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience, I support individuals in facing their challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—to support clients in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I aim to tailor the therapeutic process to meet each client's unique needs and goals, fostering lasting change, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection to self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe in the power of collaboration and empathy as the foundation of effective therapy. From the very beginning, the work I do with clients is rooted in mutual respect, open communication, and a genuine commitment to the client's well-being. During the intake sessions, time is used to thoughtfully explore a client's current concerns, identify meaningful areas of growth, and begin shaping the direction of the therapeutic journey. We’ll also discuss what type of therapeutic space and style feels most comfortable and supportive —whether that means focusing on structure, flexibility, reflection, or skill-building—so that the work together truly aligns with the client's needs. In ongoing sessions, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to offer practical tools as well as space for deeper emotional insight in hopes to help clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. My goal is to create a space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
