If you’re here, you’re probably tired of feeling this way and ready for something to change. Maybe you’ve been overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or carrying more than you let people see. Maybe you're going through a transition, navigating ADHD, or dealing with stress that’s showing up in your body before you can put words to it. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start therapy. You don’t need the perfect story, the right label, or a plan. You just need a place where you can breathe for a minute — and someone who actually gets it. Therapy here is calm, steady, and paced with your nervous system, not against it. Whether you’re dealing with trauma, life changes, chronic overwhelm, or the chaos that ADHD can bring, you’ll be met with compassion and clarity. We’ll slow things down, help your body settle, and work together to make things feel more manageable. If you’re exhausted from trying to do it all on your own, you don’t have to anymore. This is a place where you can land, be honest, and finally feel supported.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Dance had been a part of my life from an after-school activity into a college major and then into a job. Over time, I realized that dance was my way of connecting to myself, my emotions, and my body. Whether I knew it or not, I was learning how to listen to my body and cope with difficult emotions. I became interested in how I can help others connect to their emotions, their bodies, and to know themselves. Life can be unpredictable and sometimes we just need a little extra support. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or you can’t quite figure out what it is you are feeling, we can work together to create a space to address this together. While I am the one with the mental health training, you are the expert on you. Through pairing our expertise, we can find a way to move you forward

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I approach my clinical work with a multicultural and person-centered lens. My approach is eclectic and centers around your specific needs. Other therapeutic approaches that I draw from in my work with clients are Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). With these theories I will help you acquire tools for dealing with the stressors of daily life, while exploring your identity and values. My therapeutic approach is nonjudgmental and accepting of your whole self. Here are just a few examples of reasons you may want to meet with me:
