Emotional growth is a life long process. Sometimes we get weighted down by old scripts or events that have left emotional scars. I draw on more n 30 years of accumulated wisdom from my clinical practice to help clients navigate lifes challenges including grief, life transitions, infertility, parenting, and vexing family of origin issues.
A practical and interactive therapist, I'm trained in relaxation, mindfulness, family, couples and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
Making changes takes courage and often time, but it can and does
happen in ways you cannot yet imagine.
I have a part time solo virtual practice with both evening and day time hours. I accept a number of insurance plans.
