Emotional growth is a life long process. Sometimes we get weighted down by old scripts or events that have left emotional scars. I draw on more n 30 years of accumulated wisdom from my clinical practice to help clients navigate lifes challenges including grief, life transitions, infertility, parenting, and vexing family of origin issues.
A practical and interactive therapist, I'm trained in relaxation, mindfulness, family, couples and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
