True wellness goes beyond symptom relief; it involves fostering meaningful connections, encouraging self-reflection, and creating balance across the mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care, my approach integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness, acceptance and grounding techniques that are so simple you can do them anywhere. Lived experience has taught me about emotional wounds and how to understand the meaning behind the pain. I love to help my clients consider a variety of perspectives and work through suppressed emotions by confronting unaddressed issues.
