Dr. Ben Arcona’s lifelong passion for athletics is the driving force behind his commitment to helping others return to what they love. Growing up playing multiple sports before focusing on lacrosse, Ben’s love for competition evolved into a dedication to fitness that now includes CrossFit, bodybuilding, and running. He understands firsthand the energy and motivation that come from having a goal to train for — and he thrives on supporting athletes and active individuals in pursuing theirs.
Ben earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He gained invaluable experience working with elite collegiate teams during his clinical rotation at the University of Notre Dame, primarily supporting the men’s lacrosse and women’s soccer teams.
Today, Ben specializes in working with lacrosse players, field athletes, weightlifters, and runners. As a member of the APTA and the American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy (AASPT), he is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to help patients get back to competing, training, and moving better than ever.
