Mr. Ben Zutler is a licensed master social worker with a broad range of experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and trauma-related issues. He completed his Master's in Social Work at Silberman School of Social Work and has been providing individual therapy to adolescent and adult patients for the past four years.
Mr. Zutler places great importance on each patient's individual needs, unique story, and presenting symptoms. He implements evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches to best meet his patients' unique needs.
By creating a supportive and validating therapeutic environment, Mr. Zutler enables his patients to explore their emotions, self-esteem, symptoms, and challenges. Through his exploratory techniques, empathy, and warm approach, patients gain insight and awareness into their emotions, thoughts, habits, and patterns, allowing them to implement the therapeutic skills needed to relieve their symptoms.
