I am a licensed professional counselor with a passion for working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I enjoy working with people that are struggling to get to their next level in life, those that fall short of their potential, and those that are struggling with deeper areas of concern. I specialize in a variety of issues including PTSD and C-PTSD. I am EMDR trained and a member of EMDRIA. Currently, I am in the process of becoming EMDR certified, and I utilize technological advances when working with trauma survivors. I also have a passion for working with athletes and individuals that are not satisfied with themselves and/or their performance. My personal health journey afforded me the opportunity to become a certified fitness instructor and nutritional coach. This background allows me to connect with people on a deeper level. I truly believe that our body and mind connection is often overlooked which prevents us from performing at our best.
