I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2005 and my Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2010. I have been working with children and adults in a variety of roles and settings for 18 years. I have experience with many different concerns to include anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, stress management and PTSD. I have specialized training in trauma and integrative medicine, which allows me to provide a holistic approach. I believe that seeking help is a strength and should not be looked down on. I also believe that we can all use some help or guidance at some point in our lives. I strive to treat each person and situation with dignity, respect, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT, and EMDR techniques. My goal is to collaborate with you as well as provide the tools and support you need to meet your goals.
