Are you feeling depressed, unsure you can come out of this sadness. Do you avoid going places, seeing friends and acquaintances and relatives? Are you becoming weaker, physically tired, due to lack of movement? Or, has life become so intense that your stress levels are to high to withstand. Is you anxiety level high, and you are having panic attacks? Do you feel that the rest of the world has left you behind, and you don't know how you can possibly catch up? Are you lonely, so much that alcohol or drug use seems the only way to cope. These are areas that I am very knowledgeable about and have much life experience.
I specialize in depression, and suicidal idealizations I am proficient in treating anxiety, stress, and PTSD. I also treat codependency issues.. I have worked for CPI, Counseling & Psychotherapy Institute in Albuquerque for 10 years.
I have worked at New Seasons Treatment Clinic for one year as a Substance Abuse Counselor.
If you feel I have mentioned something that you are going through, and want to talk to someone who cares and has been where you are, emotionally. I am 72 years old, and have many years life experience in treating and experienced depression and all its aspects. I have worked extensively with anxiety, agoraphobia, and Panic Attacks.
