Brian also employs motivational interviewing techniques stemming from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by focusing on mindfulness and harm reduction.
Outside of his professional work, Brian is a league bowler and loves to go see movies. Brian also really likes spending quality time with his family and friends, listening to his favorite music, playing pool, and Brian especially enjoys watching Football! Brian is a huge Minnesota Vikings Fan.
