As a practice, we DO NOT accept insurance. We provide a superbill for clients with an HSA or FSA. All sessions are PRIVATE pay.
Are you feeling depressed, anxious, lost or stuck in life’s busy shuffle? It is my goal to work collaboratively with you to unpack these overwhelming feelings and understand how to better manage them in your daily life. I strive to create a welcoming, safe, non-judgmental environment to allow you to unload your hardships and your victories, and ultimately encourage you to be your best self.
I have experience working with individuals who are dealing with relationship stressors, life adjustments and changes, and individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I work through a psychodynamic, person-centered, and strengths-based lens personalized to the unique individual sitting with me.
At the end of the day, you are the expert of your story. It is my job to support you and encourage you to feel like you have control during your journey.
