Bryan was able to see what was the problem causing my elbow pain and work to fix the issue. I was really happy with the results

Bryan was really helpful in getting me through my chronic neck pain and also giving me ways to avoid carpal tunnel. He's informative and I trust his advice and he's also great to chat with, even during super early morning appointments, which makes the exercises more fun.

I was prescribed OT after pinching a nerve in my elbow during a workout. Bryan was highly recommended and jumped on my case immediately. Over the course of several sessions, he was able to help with my elbow pain as well as address a larger issue in my shoulder. I cannot recommend him enough and encourage everyone to go to PT/OT if needed.

Bryan is a very thoughtful, attentive, and supportive OT. He made my sessions approachable, challenging when needed and always a bit of fun. I came to Bryan almost two-months post-op following an injury on vacation and he immediately put together an OT plan that included manual therapy and many different exercises. He always listened to my concerns and anxieties, while also pushing me the way I know I needed to really heal and effectively return to life at 100%.

Bryan is a thoughtful, kind, fun, and attentive OT. He really listened to my concerns and anxieties around healing and recovering from a broken arm that had a surgical repair. From the beginning he took time to explain things to me in a way I could understand, built a thoughtful OT plan, all the while making it feel easy and approachable - making OT a joy! Both his manual work and the exercsises were really useful and I feel like I healed in a decent amount of time.

Bryan was incredibly attentive, patient, knowledgeable and helpful on the recovery of my broken wrist. He listened and adjusted treatment as needed; and I was finally able to get back on the tennis court once we finished our sessions. Highly recommend Bryan!

Bryan helped me immensely in my recovery process. He is incredibly attentive; always listening with care in order to give the best direction. He is incredibly professional and at the same time, personable. I can tell he cares about his patient's recovery, and to me that's so important.

Visited Bryan for a PIP injury and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did he provide effective treatment and guidance, but his welcoming personality also created a positive and comfortable atmosphere. After several weeks, I left feeling well-prepared to continue exercises independently.

I've seen many PTs and Bryan has been the best PT to help me get back on track. From bedside manner, to education of my injury, to encouraging me with tough love. I highly recommend working with Bryan Pae.

I worked with Bryan for shoulder tendonitis as well as trigger finger/ hand stiffness. He was very helpful in providing exercises and movements to improve both my shoulder and finger conditions. Previously, I had worked with other PTs for my shoulder tendinitis, but my condition was not fully resolved. However, Bryan helped me to fully improve my shoulders to the point where I had no remaing pain.

I came in after a car accident with severe wrist pain and tears in my ligaments which, had OT not worked, would have resulted in surgery.
Bryan not only worked with me diligently twice a week for three months to get my wrist back to normal, but he was so attentive, thoughtful, and a calming presence. I truly enjoyed our sessions and watching how my injury improved under Bryan’s expert care.
If you are in need of an Occupational Therapist, Bryan is the gold standard.

Brian is a fantastic therapist! I came in with some shoulder pain from a workout injury and he slowly built me back up. Brian explains/demonstrates each exercise thoroughly and provided with some additional exercises to do at home each day. Within a few weeks my pain was gone and soon after I was able to return to the gym. He also gave me some good advice for how to avoid injuries in the future. would recommend Brian to anyone looking for knowledgeable therapist who genuinely cares about helping his patients feel better.
