She grew up in New Jersey, graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Child Studies in 2017 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Social Work at the Columbia University of New York School of Social Work in 2019. From there, she moved to Chicago, IL, the city where she was born and always loved to visit! She works with individuals that are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD and overall life-stress, among other things. She pulls from several different therapy modalities; most often Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and supportive therapy. Her goal is to make you feel at ease and move at a pace you're comfortable with!
