My style is active, non-judgemental, collaborative and supportive. I believe that emotional injuries from the past live in the present, effecting how we relate and react to people and events throughout life. Psychotherapy has the potential to help heal past wounds and impart the insight needed to change how one views oneself and one's own participation in conflicts and problems. I am an empathic listener and strive to help clients grow in all aspects of life.
I am a certified psychotherapist who also has extensive training in problem focused and couple's therapy. Much of my work is conducted on a once weekly basis, ranging from short to long term.I have also taught at a NY City clinic/institute, supervise other professionals and have extensive business experience.
I have great respect for the courage it takes to face one's problems in an open way. Allow yourself to develop the skills and tools to live a more fulfulling life by taking the next step and beginning this life changing process.
