Life can feel unmanageable at certain points in our lives. During these times, asking for help shows courage. My professional career in the mental health field has shown me the importance of an empathetic relationship. I strive to provide unconditional acceptance and support throughout the counseling process.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Lubbock Christian University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to serve diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing psychological challenges. My career as a therapist has been refined through my professional experience as a counselor in private practice and in a rehabilitation/addiction center.
My experience helping clients from multiple settings work through life stressors, trauma, and grief has made compassion the foundation of my approach. My goals are to help my clients achieve individual growth and health by providing a safe, warm, and accepting environment.
I enjoy spending quality time with my dog, Rocky. My self-care involves going on walks, enjoying fresh air, and sharing meaningful moments with loved ones!
